    - Step 3: If the condition is met, a message is sent to a specified Mattermost channel detailing the new meeting notes, including the Agenda, Date, and a direct link to the Notion page.
    - Step 4: If the condition is not met, the workflow proceeds to a NoOp node that effectively does nothing, allowing for a clean exit without further action.
