Workflow Steps

Step 1: The Schedule Trigger activates the workflow based on a defined schedule (every 360 days at 3 AM).
- Step 2: Upon activation, a new Zoom meeting is created with specific settings, including options for mute upon entry and join before host.
- Step 3: The workflow then updates a specified WordPress page with a meta-refresh tag that redirects users to the Zoom meeting link, providing a message that the meeting will begin shortly.
- Step 4: Finally, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel to inform team members that the Zoom meeting has been updated, including the new meeting link.

Customization Guide
