Workflow Steps

Scheduled Triggers: The workflow runs automatically every day at 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, ensuring timely updates on new grants.
2. Fetch New Grants: It retrieves AI-related grants posted in the last 24 hours from the Grants.gov API, focusing on those that are forecasted or posted.
3. Remove Duplicates: The workflow checks for previously processed grants to prevent duplicate entries, ensuring that only new opportunities are considered.
4. Grant Details: For each new grant, detailed information is fetched, including eligibility criteria, agency contacts, and funding amounts.
5. AI Analysis: The workflow utilizes AI to summarize grant opportunities and assess eligibility based on predefined criteria, enhancing the decision-making process.
