It automates the process of fetching leads from the Leadfeeder API, filtering them based on company size and engagement metrics, enriching the leads with additional information via Clearbit, and saving the results directly into Google Sheets. Workflow Steps

  • Schedule Trigger: The workflow is triggered automatically every day at 7 AM.
    2. Setup Node: Initializes necessary variables like Leadfeeder accounts and Google Sheets URL.
    3. Get all Leadfeeder accounts: Fetches all accounts from Leadfeeder to work with.
    4. Only for wanted accounts: Filters the accounts based on the ones specified in the Setup node.
    5. Get Leads: For each valid account, retrieves leads from Leadfeeder for the past 24 hours.
    6. Filter Leads by company criteria: Filters out leads that do not meet the specified company size (more than 100 employees).
    7. Enrich company: Uses Clearbit to enrich the filtered leads with additional company data.
    8. Filter leads by engagement: Further filters leads based on engagement metrics, ensuring only those with more than 3 visits are considered.
    9. Split Out Leads: Separates the leads into individual items for further processing.
    10. Save leads to Google Sheets: Appends or updates the filtered and enriched leads into the designated Google Sheet.
